Litton Lane hostel is located right in the heart of the city centre just off Batchelors Walk, close to O'Connell bridge in the trendy Temple Bar area of Dublin. We are located within 2 minutes of all the main shopping areas including Grafton Street, Henry Street and the Stephens Green Shopping centre. All of the major tourist attractions including Trinity College, Dublin Castle and the controversial new "Spire" are within walking distance from the hostel.

Airport Directions

Take the 747 Airlink shuttle bus to O'Connell Street. The bus leaves every 15 minutes and costs €5.00.The journey time is approx. 30 minutes. You may also take the cheaper 16 or 16A bus from the airport to O'Connell Street which is only €1.60 but is not quite as frequent with a slightly longer bus journey (45 minutes). Cross the Street and at O'Connell bridge turn right on Batchelors Walk. Litton Lane is the second right turn just after the Arlington Hotel.

Bus Station Directions

From Bus Aras (central bus station) walk to O'Connell Street and down as far as O' Connell bridge. Turn right down Batchelors Walk and Litton Lane is the second turn right.

Ferry Terminal Directions

Take the city express to Bus Aras, the bus terminal. Walk to O'Connell bridge. We are on Litton Lane located just off Batchelors Walk beside the Arlington Hotel.

Train Station Directions

From Connelly Station take Talbot Street to O' Connell Street (you will see the SPIRE right in front of you all the way). Cross the street and walk towards O'Connell bridge. Turn right at the bridge. Litton lane is the second turn right directly after the Arlington Hotel.
From Heuston Station take the 90 bus to O'Connell bridge. We are back down Batchelors Walk about 50 metres on the right on Litton Lane directly after the Arlington Hotel.
